After I obtain my license from d3 can I operate my business in other emirates?

The Freezone license permits operating your business within the Freezone territory only. Conducting business in other emirates is only possible by taking a dual license under Law 13.

Your license should include the import and export activity, custom regulations should be followed you can obtain a NOC to be able to apply for local custom codes, subject to fulfillment of concerned licensing and customs authority requirements and approvals.

You can work from a co-working spaces as an individual with our annual membership services, or you can pay on a daily/monthly basis as you use the premise. However, the membership option doesn’t allow you to use a d3 address as your official address on any collaterals.

Can I organize a film/photography shoot at d3?

It takes only four steps to obtain an FZ- LLC license.

Sign the Articles of Association document (not applicable for branch companies)

It takes only three steps to lease a unit under a DED License.

Is parking paid in d3? Do you have underground parking available?

At this time we are not charging for public parking. Underground parking is reserved for registered business partners only. We have four large public car parks two with a canopy and two without that can accommodate approximately 2800 vehicles.

Furthermore, we have transport buggies that will pick you and drop you between the buildings. These buggies are rotating throughout the day so you can just hop on and off.

Is there a public transport facility in d3?

d3 is centrally located in the heart of the city, well connected with both oad and sea transport. RTA buses and marine services are available. All taxi, Uber and Careem services are available as well.
